巴西木质包装材料新规定
尊敬的顾客您好,
巴西农业当局于2015年9月公告木质包装材料新规定，未来所有进出巴西港口的货载，集装箱当中有木质包装材料者，必须申报木质材料之相关细节。
自即日起，请于您的托书(shipping order/instruction)中载明您托运的集装箱中所含木质材料包装属以下哪一类别:
Wooden Package Processed (经加工之木材包装):
The packaging material is processed wood, a wood derivation made of fine wood carving plates.
Wooden Package Treated and Certified (经处理/烟熏并经认证之木材包装):
The packaging material has been treated and/or fumigated, and with a certificate.
Wooden Package Non-Treated and Non-Certified(未经处理/烟熏且未经认证之木材包装):
The packaging material has not been treated nor fumigated, and without a certificate.
对于未在托书上载明上述含有木质包装之货载，阳明海运将以”Not Applicable”向当地海关进行申报；对于因申报错误或未申报而造成可能的费用、罚金及交货延迟等，系货主之责任，与阳明海运无关，阳明海运如因此受有任何损失，货主应负赔偿责任。
