尊敬的客户：
 
从2014/7/1(开航日)起，阳明海运上海将启用新的EIR打印及铅封收费管理模式，具体执行如下：

1.   EIR打印费:

维持由船代-外代向车队收取，调整后金额RMB10/单,原金额RMB25/单.

2.   集装箱管理费（含阳明专用铅封）:

变更为阳明海运上海向订舱单位收取，金额RMB55/柜,原为堆场向车队收取,金额RMB40/柜.

                       Notice
Dear Customers:
 
Effective from 1st July 2014 (on board date), YML Shanghai will change the collection way of EIR fee and seal fee to be as follows:

1.   EIR fee:

YM’s Shipping agency (Penavico), will collect the EIR fee from the container trailer companies; and the amount will be adjusted to RMB10/ bill  I/O RMB 25/ bill.

2.   Equipment management fee (including YM seal fee):

YML Shanghai will collect  the equipment management fee, including YM seal fee, RMB 55/ unit, from shippers’ booking agents.
(Before the new rule, the fee is collected by YM’s nominated depots from the container trailer companies; and the amount is RMB 40/ unit.)
